Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item with Nestly and Co is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us — Reach out to our customer support team at nestlyandco@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Your Details — Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for Approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions
  4. Ship Your Item — Once approved, carefully pack your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nestly and Co error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In this case, please:

  1. Contact us at nestlyandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  3. Our team will review your case and offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Full Refund to your original payment method
    • Free Replacement sent to you at no additional cost
    • Store Credit for future purchases

We make it our priority to resolve all such cases as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Nestly and Co will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns as Nestly and Co is not responsible for lost return packages

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary
  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at nestlyandco@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are eligible for return under the same policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Refunds for sale items will be issued at the discounted purchase price.
